How much does design service cost?

It’s absolutely FREE!
Just share your rough sketch or idea, and we’ll bring your vision to life — at no extra charge.

What’s the Payment and Deposit Process?

For orders of 10 pieces or fewer, full payment (including delivery charges) is required upfront.
For orders of more than 10 pieces, a 60% deposit is required to begin processing your order.
Production will commence once payment is received.

How Long Will My Order Take?

For standard apparel orders, production takes approximately 3 to 7 working days.
For fully custom-made clothing, please allow up to 14 working days.
As for corporate gifts and souvenirs, production time is also 14 working days.
We always strive to deliver your order on time — without compromising quality.

How Do We Handle Orders Outside the Area?

We ship using the trusted J&T Express courier service, with next-day delivery guaranteed!*
For customers within the Klang Valley, we also offer same-day delivery options.
Prefer to collect it yourself? You're welcome to self-pickup at our premises.
